We as the sovereign have given the federal councillors, courts, authorities etc. orders to Cease and Desist / Stop and Correct. The orders are based on the Global Constitution and the Judicial Notices, the Royal Decrees from HRMQ Romana, the summary of Decrees for Switzerland. This serves for the transition into natural law.
